WMC windos 10 transcoding

I use to add my media folder and play through my network with smb shares. that was pretty efficient .

I installed the new emby since wmc is back on windows 10 and discovered that i keep on having errors with files played with emby (audio splitter etc all that crap results in no sound) I play the file with that same player perfectly by just browing my network shares (windows samba classic, mpchc only gives me error with while called by emby).

My question is: is there a way to get it working like it use to be? play media from shared folders not from crappy transcoding that i don't even need?

To be clear since english isn't my native language:

Emby calls Mpchc -> mpchc opens directly \\mediaserver\movie\movieiwanttoplay.mkv and not

embay calls mpchc -> mpchc receives lot of crap with unending filename from some strange transcoding device like stream.asf?device=crapcrapcrapcrap resulting with no sound at all. that's not my filename... which should be clear : movie.mkv

Thanks it's working

I got an issue too about sound.

on a NUC6i3syh, in media center with emby, with file not transcoded directly read from true location, mpc-hc is giving a sound error, when that error is closed video is played but without sound (sound wrapper lav acm errors depending of the file etc).

If i open the same file directly from the explorer, with mpc-hc the sound is fine.

Any idea?
