overClocked! 65 Posted January 13, 2016 Posted January 13, 2016 This is weird and hard to describe. I have many media library folders organized and arranged just how I like them. All folders show up in my Home Page. But when I click on a couple of them (Drama and Fitness as an example), they only show up as simple media folders. They don't have the "Suggested" or "Latest" pages at all. In fact, they are not even listed as options under View Styles to enable these views! Why does that happen?
overClocked! 65 Posted January 13, 2016 Author Posted January 13, 2016 (edited) OK. I think I just figured it out. The one thing all these folders that don't show up with View Styles options is that they were set up under the Unset (Mixed Content) type. Apparently there isn't a special view option available for that. Am I right? Or am I missing something. Edited January 13, 2016 by overClocked!
Solution AdrianW 1058 Posted January 13, 2016 Solution Posted January 13, 2016 This is by design - view styles are only available for known types (i.e. Movies and TV). Latest, Shows, Episodes - only applies to TV. Movies,Trailers, Collections - only applies to Movies. If you have a library that is "Mixed Content (unset)" it's not any particular type - so those views can't be built. 1

The reason why it was confusing to me is that these items do show up on the Latest section in the Home page. So naturally I assumed they would also show up when accessing the library option for that folder like the Movies, TV, and Music types do. So that's at least a good compromise. Thanks for the explanation. Loving this stuff more and more.
