Episodes information not retrieved

Hello,

 

I have a concern about one of my tv series. Although recognized by the system metadata (TVDB and TMDB Id are present and correct), he refused to create the seasons and episodes list. I tried with and without directory for season but nothing happens. I have no error in the server logs. He just don't want to create it. It is the only series that I have this concern. If someone has an idea, I'm interested. The series is an anime series named "Shomin Sample" (tvdb : 284073,tmdb : 64552)

Anime is often problematic.  Be sure the season and episode numbers are in line with what is on tvdb.

The name is the issue.

Thanks for the answer. I follow the ebr's solution (renaming files) and it's works like a charm.
