If i connect to kodi via built in DLNA, i can play-to resume files from the android app or the browser.

I tried to define the seekToTime, but don’t really know what i am doing.

Any ideas?

This is the same exact issue I am having, I have just give the same log to someone else in another thread, subscribing here as well for hopeful fix.
