What is the time format for scheduled tasks?

I have tried to update the Scan Library scheduled task to run at a certain time each day using the Daily Trigger and can't get it to work - I just get a progress indicator and the trigger is not created. I am wondering if I have used the correct format for the time but can't find any information on the wiki or in the forum that describes the required format.

You know it's actually just an open to-do list item to provide some visual assistance for browsers that don't offer a time picker. For example in Chrome and I think MS Edge, you don't ever have to enter any text because the browser provides a time picker for it. Unfortunately IE, Safari and Firefox do not.

it's done military time though, so, as an example,  for 10 pm it's 22:00
