cant connect to emby when installed as a service

Hi I just installed emby but if i run as a service I cannont connect to emby.

I know there is no port problems both http and https ports work if i stop the service and run the program.

during install it said something about giving the process admin rights but I cant seem to figure out how to do this ?

any help would be appriciated

Right click the Emby service, choose properties.  Then the "Log On" tab.  You need to choose the "This account" button, then enter account credentials for an account that has full admin access.
