Missing navigation bar in chrome but not in edge

Running server version 3.0.5724.6 and when showing in Chrome Version 46.0.2490.52 beta-m (64-bit) I don't get the horizontal navigation bar in LiveTV guide. Works fine in Edge though. Both are on a Windows 10 laptop. Image attached.

on touch devices the scroll bar is not displayed. i'm guessing you have a touch in put device which is causing that to happen

Hi Luke,

 

Just a standard laptop. No touch screen interface. Could it be the touch pad?

Thanks vidman that worked a treat. Annoyingly the trackpad driver is rather simple and doesn't actually allow me to configure anything and so doesn't allow horizontal scrolling.
