No guide or recorded TV

Since the latest two upgrades, I no longer get any guide data for Live TV.  I just get all the channels shown but no actual grid of programs.

 

I also don't see any Recorded TV programs.  I can see them on the computer running Emby when I open Media Center.

 

Emby is running as a service using a local domain account which definitely has rights to the files.  (This used to work.)  I've tried it as well running from the Start menu program but the results are the same.

there is a problem with your schedules direct account. send rkugalow a message to find out. in the future emby will make this information directly available to you in the server.
