olsendr 0 Posted November 28, 2013 Posted November 28, 2013 MB 2.6 allowed me to make configuration changes from my PC for look and feel. What I saw on my PC is what I got on my 2 xboxes as well. This does not seem to be the case with MB3, is there a way to configure it so it does? One of these configuration settings was to autologin, the xbox requires me to login each time even though I set it to not require that in Media Browser Classic Configurattor. I do not get a login prompt from my pc when starting MBMC but I do from the xboxes. No Theme chgs carry over either.......Help please, wishing I had never changed from 2.6 at the moment
Luke 42077 Posted November 28, 2013 Posted November 28, 2013 is this the only reason you wish you hadn't upgraded?
olsendr 0 Posted November 28, 2013 Author Posted November 28, 2013 I like the chapter selections and if I can get past this extender issue with the xbox it may be just fine. It was all working great on 2.6 and with any chg there is a learning curve. Is there a way to configure the themes at the PC and have the extended xboxes work the same way without requiring them to be configured individually?
Luke 42077 Posted November 28, 2013 Posted November 28, 2013 we'll need some mbc veterans to answer that.
Solution Tikuf 663 Posted November 28, 2013 Solution Posted November 28, 2013 Try copying the configurations folder from %appdata%\MediaBrowser-Classic\Configurations to each of your extender accounts C:\Users\Mcx1-XXXXXXXX\AppData\Roaming\MediaBrowser-Classic\Configurations C:\Users\Mcx2-XXXXXXXX\AppData\Roaming\MediaBrowser-Classic\Configurations etc 3
