Error when Server or Client setup

I've uninstall MB3 Server and MB3 Classic, erase all entries (folders, files...) remaining.

 

When i launch Server or Client setup i've an error message : "Impossible to start the app. Contact the app provider"

 

I join the log of this error...an idea ?

for one thing, can you translate the log for us? second, let's start with the server, since you say you can't install that. what's going on there?

Not really sure I understand. You've previously had it installed and uninstalled it and deleted the installation folder located within the Roaming directory? Then when you try to re-install the server it gives that error? Or when you try to install MB Classic?

Yes, you're true.

 

I did this (uninstall MB server and MB Classic, deleted folder located in Roming directory) and then i tried to reinstall the server OR MB Classic and in both cases i've the same error.

Google clearing your ClickOnce cache and try that and see if it helps.

Thanks for your help ebr !

 

I've launched this command : rundll32 dfshim CleanOnlineAppCache

in cmd.

 

And i can now install MB3 Server and MB Classic ou Theater
