I will give you a batch file to run so I can look at the media info of the files (in a couple of hrs) we may have to get creative to join all these up

Sure it can. Just change the file name inside the "00000.m2ts" (make sure you leave the "") .

"Ultimate Bass Demo V2.mkv" the bit between the "" is the output name it can be changed to whatever you want

 

 

at the start of the c/l you will see basically a list of filenames enclosed in ""  they are the bits you what to change make sure each one is enclosed in "" & separated by ^|

 

eg  "your1stfile.ext"^|"your2ndfile.ext"^|"yourlastfile.ext"

Ultimate Bass Demo V2.mkv  <<< delete  (the output from the last run still exists in the directory the c/l will run but it is prompting to an overwrite which you wont see since I am capturing the output window.)

 

You wont see any feed back in the cmd window it will show the prompt when it is all done.

Open up vlc (if you have it if not grab a copy here)

 

While movie is playing use J key to delay the audio or the K to advance it. Once it is in sync let me know what the delay or advance is in millisec (it will display on screen) and i will build it into the original c/l (converting from hd audio there is normally a bit of a delay built into the time stamps)

After trying to sync the audio without luck, I went ahead with converting each clip individually. I now have each clip in mkv. Looking for the next step.

Ya likely that wont actually help matters as the delay for each clip may still be different. But hey at least having them in mkv (and not bd structure) you should be able to dump them into a directory (use home movie as the type) and you should be able to play all in order.
