Cover Art not picking up disk images in some collections

See the attached image screen shot.  Some disk cover images are not being created.  There are images for each of the included movies.

CA no longer creates those images.  It uses the actual disc image for the movies themselves (which is why they look so much better now).  So, those movies probably don't have disc images.

Waaaaay down the list of possible feature requests priorities ....

 

Use the Disk Images if available, and create if not.
