After re-installing server, hangs at Welcome Screen

Recently, Emby Theater stopped working (unable to launch), giving an error message meaningful only to a programmer. This also happened a couple months earlier, and I was able then to make it work again only by uninstalling (with difficulty) MB Theater and MB Server. As I recall, neither uninstalled cleanly, and both left traces behind. Despite those concerns, I managed to accomplish re-installation and get things working again - for a couple months. Then, a few days ago, Emby Theater mysteriously stopped working again. Again, I resorted to uninstalling both Emby Theater and Emby Server. And again, lots of flaky behavior occurred during the uninstall process. Choosing the "Remove all Traces" for the apps resulted in an instantaneous report of "Finished" (or words to that effect). When it became clear that the program(s) had not been un-installed, I tried to run Windows Uninstaller again. Now it gave an error message stating the uninstaller had stopped working.

At this point, I used Revo uninstaller on the Server installation in hopes it would ferret out leftovers. In the process, when Revo invoked the native uninstaller, it reported the same error -- "Uninstaller Stopped Working" I'd seen before. In subsequent steps, Revo revealed 10 registry entries and 924 files associated with Media Browser Server, which I allowed to be deleted.

I have also performed the command (specifics of which I cannot recall right now, but it  is alluded to variously in the forum) from the command prompt. I think it's something like "OnceQuick...."

When I attempt to install Server Ver 3.0.5641.4, it appears to proceed through the installation normally, but when it opens the Welcome screen, it hangs. It invites me to enter my language preference, but never provides a drop-down list to choose from and the "busy" symbol keeps showing "busy".55845a8b0a579_Screenshot20150619101958.pserver-install.log

I believe I have attached the install log.

Bingo. That did the trick...so far at least. Now I hope Emby Theater installs without a hitch. Thanks, Bazinga.
