Help with transcoding files

Hi guys, I started to notice that a few of my kids shows are transcoding when I play them back on the roku - could it be the framerate? I dont remember it being this picky, but technically the roku only supports 24 and 30fps. this file is 60.

I will post the transcode log, but the server log is huge so I wont bother unless its needed.
