Wow didn't expect it to be a hard question.

Anyway switched back and forth from service to Tray exe a few times and seemed to fix it.

 

Maybe because I started straight up without the service?, it needs to do a few things before the tray exe will 100% work

When running as a service you cannot connect to shares on a NAS unless the service is started with an account/password that is also on the NAS and has access to those shares. That could have been your problem. But, ya putting it back to a tray icon also works.
