Updating to 3.0.90 - failing

Hi All

 

I am trying to update my version to 3.0.90 but it runs and never actually updates. I tried 3.0.89 previous to this update and i didnt get past half the download before it failed.

 

When 3.0.90 has finished it opens up my media browser and then i go into my movies and then it tells me to update to 3.0.90 again!

Have you tried uninstalling MBC and then installing using the download link from the main page?

Not sure if 3.0.90.0 has any requirement on a particular server build.

 

What update level are you on for MBC/server.

I just re-built the installer and re-uploaded it to see if it makes any difference.  Don't know why it is failing for some people.

Very strange as I have 4 HTPCs running MBC v3.0.90.0 !!

installed for me this morning, so rebuild seems to have fixed it.
