mprassel 19 Posted February 19, 2015 Posted February 19, 2015 I'm trying to set up a Kids profile and it is not filtering out content correctly. Here are some screenshots: I have set the content level like this: Here are the movies that are showing up (obviously some inappropriate movies in there): Here is an example of a Rated R movie: Any ideas? Beardyname 198 Posted February 19, 2015 Posted February 19, 2015 (edited) Hmm really odd, Could you make sure you are properly logged out before logging in to test this. Other than that I'm sure there will be ppl all over this when they log in later *edit* there are a bunch of .nfo errors in the logs, could it be that the ratings are not read properly or something? anyways I'm sure a dev will look the logs over asap Edited February 19, 2015 by Beardyname
Solution Luke 42080 Posted February 19, 2015 Solution Posted February 19, 2015 remove the "Rated " prefix from the rating and it should work 1
mprassel 19 Posted February 19, 2015 Author Posted February 19, 2015 Luke, that fixed it. Any easy way for me to mass fix all my ratings?
Beardyname 198 Posted February 19, 2015 Posted February 19, 2015 Refreshing from the top folder in the metadata-editor will probably do this, but it will probably also overwrite a lot of your metadata.

ebr 16185 Posted February 19, 2015 Posted February 19, 2015 Do you know what tool put the rating in as "Rated..."?
mprassel 19 Posted February 19, 2015 Author Posted February 19, 2015 Honestly, I have no idea. I've used a lot of programs over the years so it could be anything. Happy now though. I also did a TV refresh and it looks like it might have helped with my other problem. 1
