MB3 Server Tray Icon not showing

MB3 server runs at startup. I can see it in the "services" control panel and it shares my movies and TV shows correctly. However, recently I've noticed that the tray icon is not showing and thus I can't right click and use the MB3 control panel.  I've discovered that if I go into the Task Manager and manually kill the MB3 server process and then re-start it manually, I *do* get the splash screen, the icon now resides in the tray, etc.  Any thoughts?

If you are running it as a service, i don't think the icon won't show up.
