Luke 42077 Posted October 31, 2013 Posted October 31, 2013 1 - example? 2 - it's a bug that's causing them to get saved in our internal data folder. I'll get a dev build up for you soon to resolve it.
Solution rickster53 27 Posted October 31, 2013 Solution Posted October 31, 2013 (edited) Should I repost this for Ebr in the Plugin/Coverart section? Edit: Disregard... There's a Coverart option for scaling that defaults to ON. That was the cause.... Edited October 31, 2013 by rickster53
rickster53 27 Posted October 31, 2013 Posted October 31, 2013 (edited) Here's an example of the folder.jpg Primary image for Adele. The dimensions of the image are 546x546 but you can see that it's getting scaled... https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/45569607/Adele%20Scaled.docx Edited October 31, 2013 by rickster53
Luke 42077 Posted October 31, 2013 Author Posted October 31, 2013 possibly from cover art based on the rounded corners.
rickster53 27 Posted November 1, 2013 Posted November 1, 2013 (edited) I had issues with my desktop computer and was forced to reload the Windows OS, applications, and of course Mediabrowser (with server Version 3.0.5050.37565). MB3 rebuilt the library including all Artist folder entries in the IBN. I noticed the following: 1) The web client is now scaling Artist images which is distorting the appearance of most of the artists I have. The prior server build I used displayed Artist images at their original scale. Is there a setting for this somewhere? 2) The prior server build kept artist images (folder.jpg/png) in the corresponding IBN artist's folder. That is no longer the case as all I have is artist.xml files. Where are folder.jpg/png's kept now? 3) I have a backup of my IBN Artist folder from prior to the reload of my OS and Mediabrowser, that contained artist folders with my preferred artist image files. Can I replace the new IBN Artist folder with my backup Artist folder and will I still have the scaling issue from #1? Edited October 31, 2013 by rickster53
