help me understand why channels are missing in guide channel list

I don't understand this mix of different channels between the guide list and mapping list in the channel Edit dialog.  How did this happen?  How do I get all the channels to show in the guide list?

guide list in admin > Live TV > Channels  (where are 11.x, 14.x, 15.x channels?)

Hi, what are you referring to as the guide list? Your first screenshot shows a list of channels from your tuner.

The next two screenshots show channels from guide data. They are not a representation of the channels that you actually have, but rather the ones that have guide data available.
