Movies and Series not loading

I am unable to see movies and tv series on my sky glass login on the fire stick. This seems to have been happening since the stick crashed, and hasn’t recovered. Any idea what the issues is?

Hi.  I don't know what "sky glass" is but I think you probably need to contact whomever gave you access to their Emby server.  It was not us.
