New app download executable file

I have debloaded and remove unessary services and apps in my htpc. Including Microsoft store.
Where can i get the executable file .exe of the new app or the .msi to install it?
Why it is only available through store???
Emby Theater was available also in the Git to download both for x32 and x64.

Hi, the store makes it easy to distribute and auto-update as it handles all of that for us. Given enough demand, we can always look at making it available for sideloading.

The sync feature would have to be removed
