I’ve been an Emby Premiere user, and honestly, what are even the actual benefits of paying for it? I posted about an issue, got zero responses from the support team, and was given no explanation at all about what went wrong. Was your origin server down or something?

Sure, it's working fine now, but that doesn't change how useless Emby Premiere feels when paying customers get completely ignored like this.
