Luke 43198 Posted 6 hours ago Posted 6 hours ago Hi, your connections to our server hosting the images are timing out and failing. If the issue persists, then typical causes are firewall, security software or vpn. Can you look into those and let us know what you find? Thanks.

What IP or web address should I look for in my router logs? Also, where in my attached logs were you able to determine this? CFC
Neminem 1933 Posted 4 hours ago Posted 4 hours ago They are right here Its those you posted If you look at you logs you can see multiple servises failing the same way. Discogs TheMovieDb Not sure what this is but its failing Error updating device info for Dat UBP-X700 Connection to http://172.16.16.165:8091/AVTransport/Control timed out

I'm looking to determine which service is failing/not connecting for the live TV listing not generating images. CFC

I'm looking to determine which service is failing/not connecting for the live TV listing not generating images. CFC It confirms you have a general problem of all outgoing communications from the server being blocked. Usually by the things I mentioned above. So I think that helps because now you know it's not specific to one single domain. 1
Neminem 1933 Posted 4 hours ago Posted 4 hours ago @CFC Since this might not be the same issue as opp. Why not create you own topic. You are drowning out opps issue. 1

Neminem 1933 Posted 4 hours ago Posted 4 hours ago Since opp has not show any logs, can you with certenty say its the same No you can't. It might look similar.

So I would ask them about it. If you've never heard of them either, then your xml guide probably has image urls pointing to that domain. Maybe those urls have now gone bad, or maybe they were never working to begin with. Whichever it is, it's an issue with your guide data source.
Mbedford 12 Posted 1 hour ago Author Posted 1 hour ago Did you mean fetchtv.com.au not .com? as fetchtv.com is just a parked domain, but fetchtv.com.au is an Australiain digital TV set top box and streaming service popular here. Although im not a customer of theres, maybe XML TV net is pointing to them for some images?
Luke 43198 Posted 1 hour ago Posted 1 hour ago Quote maybe XML TV net is pointing to them for some images? That's what it looks like, yes. It is not a domain that we use directly.

It's not the emby guide data source, that is for sure. if the xmltv is the only one you setup, then yes.
Mbedford 12 Posted 22 minutes ago Author Posted 22 minutes ago I found this as an open issue on XMLtv.net's github: Fetchtv program images broken #72 https://github.com/markcs/xml_tv/issues/72 I'll persue it there, so anyone on this thread using xmltv.net as their EPG guide source, thats the reason. In Australia, for Emby, I dont think we have any other options for digitial TV EPG apart from xmltv.net ?
