I was coming on right now to post the exact same issue

Just updated to 4.10.1.0 hoping it would resolve it.

I'm not sure what logs would be helpful to provide.

Hi.  Then that is where the image references are coming from too.  What are they?

Always are...

Hi, your connections to our server hosting the images are timing out and failing. If the issue persists, then typical causes are firewall, security software or vpn. Can you look into those and let us know what you find? Thanks.

Thanks. I will check. What IP or web address should I look for in my router logs?

Also, where in my attached logs were you able to determine this?

None of these you point out would affect the Live TV listings though.

I'm looking to determine which service is failing/not connecting for the live TV listing not generating images.

It confirms you have a general problem of all outgoing communications from the server being blocked. Usually by the things I mentioned above.

So I think that helps because now you know it's not specific to one single domain.

@CFC Since this might not be the same issue as opp.

Why not create you own topic.

You are drowning out opps issue.

But we have determined it is a very different cause.  You have a general inability for your server to get out to the internet.  This is just the place you most notice it.

Since opp has not show any logs, can you with certenty  say its the same 🤔

No you can't.

It might look similar.

Your guide data source - fetchtv.com - (never heard of them)...it is sending back 404 not found responses. So I would ask them about it.

If you've never heard of them either, then your xml guide probably has image urls pointing to that domain. Maybe those urls have now gone bad, or maybe they were never working to begin with.

Whichever it is, it's an issue with your guide data source.

Did you mean fetchtv.com.au not .com?
as fetchtv.com is just a parked domain, but fetchtv.com.au is an Australiain digital TV set top box and streaming service popular here. Although im not a customer of theres, maybe XML TV net is pointing to them for some images?

That's what it looks like, yes. It is not a domain that we use directly.

Are you sure these URL's are being fed from the XML TV net EPG guide? dont want to point fingers at wrong people.

It's not the emby guide data source, that is for sure. if the xmltv is the only one you setup, then yes.
