M3U for VMVPD?

I just stumbled on this when adding an OTA tuner, but I have no idea how to use it. Almost looks like we can connect Emby to streaming channels. I imagine we need an M3U? How exactly do we generate an M3U for Amazon and Plex?

I think I found another good m3u generator (GitHub - BuddyChewChew/app-m3u-generator: Pluto, Samsung, Plex, Roku, Tubi Channels ( With EPG ) · GitHub) for some of these sources, but now I can't find this setting. 

Did the setting move? I thought it was here, but now I don't see it.

Actually, I think I found it. Looks like it's in the guide data source.
