Emby Server Login and Loading Issues

Based on reports from several of my users, they have been experiencing issues when accessing my Emby Server. The symptoms are quite inconsistent, including:

• The login process sometimes works, but sometimes fails.

• After successfully logging in, users are sometimes unexpectedly logged out.

• It seems as if access to the server is being restricted, even though the user has already logged in successfully.

• When trying to play a video, playback sometimes gets stuck on the loading screen and never starts.

• When opening certain menus or genres, the page also gets stuck loading without displaying any content.

Initially, I suspected that the issue might be related to the connection or the VPS I am using. However, when I tried to restart Emby through the API using localhost, the request was rejected with a message indicating that the server was busy.

Based on this behavior, I suspect the issue might be on the Emby Server side, perhaps due to some internal process being overloaded or some mechanism that limits or queues requests when the server is handling too many processes simultaneously.

Has anyone experienced similar issues?

I'm sorry, Luke, but I wasn't able to provide the logs because I forgot to collect them at the time. I have currently reverted back to Emby 4.9.5.
