Broken chapter thumbnails when using CDN

Not too sure why or where to look, but I'm using Bunny CDN and everything works great except the chapter thumbnails which are broken. I get a black frame with the broken icon instead.
If I try to open the thumbnail in a new browser tab I get a blank page with the message: "Response Content-Length mismatch: too many bytes written (551 of 550)." The numbers vary depending on the thumbnail, but it's always 1 extra byte too many.
The chapter thumbnails appear to be broken in the web app, mobile app and tv app. They're also broken when you bring them up while playing something.
I'm guessing it has something to do on how these thumbnails are rendered as their url doesn't point to a file with a file extension?

Sure thing. Added it the OP.

Basically duplicate errors as it's trying to load multiple Chapter thumbs.

Everything works fine without the CDN.

Please temporarily enable debug logging and then attach a new and complete emby server log. thanks.
