mrtony 0 Posted yesterday at 01:45 PM Posted yesterday at 01:45 PM Hello, Recently, I’ve been unable to use "Identify". I tried searching by the movie or TV series name and year, but I couldn’t find anything. I also tried entering the IMDb ID, but that didn’t help either. I’m not sure what the problem is, especially since the search was working fine before. Could you please check this and let me know what might be causing it? Thank you. embyserver.txt
Luke 43130 Posted yesterday at 02:54 PM Posted yesterday at 02:54 PM Hi, what metadata fetchers are enabled on the library?
mrtony 0 Posted 23 hours ago Author Posted 23 hours ago thanks plz have a look, please note that i don't have this issue before
Neminem 1906 Posted 22 hours ago Posted 22 hours ago Something is blocking you access to tvdb, mb3admin, api, github and more. Its likely Security software, Firewall, ISP, DNS, VPN etc. Solve this riddle and you are good.
Luke 43130 Posted 21 hours ago Posted 21 hours ago @mrtonyplease let us know if this helps and please keep us posted on what you find. Thanks.

Its likely Security software, Firewall, ISP, DNS, VPN etc. Solve this riddle and you are good. I'm running Synology DSM 7.4.1-90080. I don't have any security software installed, and I even disabled the firewall. I've tried connecting both locally through the IP address and through DDNS, but the result is the same. I don't know where the problem is. The ISP isn't blocking anything. If the issue is with my Synology system, where should I look?
Neminem 1906 Posted 1 hour ago Posted 1 hour ago DDNS is not the same as DNS. Check DNS Synology server config. I don't use a Synology box my self so do not know where to look. 1
mrtony 0 Posted 36 minutes ago Author Posted 36 minutes ago (edited) Thanks HERO for helping me, you solved the issue, the issue was from the DNS as you said (it was off), so I added google DNS and it work. Again, Thank you all, Edited 33 minutes ago by mrtony
