Live TV glitching/ghosting/rubber banding only on Apple TV

Server version: 4.10.0.31
Apple TV app version: 2.0.9 (1)
iOS app version: 2.2.58

Not sure how best to describe what's happening other than showing a video of it happening, but the video is glitching/ghosting/rubber banding. It happens regularly after watching anytime between 5-30m. I did not see the issue at all on the iOS app. Both were direct playing so no transcoding.

Thanks. I believe it can be narrowed to the MPV player. The native player does not exhibit this issue. Unsure if related, but Emby can also maintain orphan streams created when device clients disconnect or 2+ users on the same stream. Is it possible a client is subjected to duplicate data from multiple streams (current + 1+ orphan) into a buffer?
