Download To what where?

I'm using the web app as the admin user on a client machine.  I invoke "Download to" on an item and I see this:

1) What client is this?  I don't recognize it.  How can I get some info on it?  How can I delete this?

2) Only iOS, Android, and Windows apps supports "Download to"?

 

@LukeThe help doc links to "Emby Windows" (2X) need to be updated.

User "home", device named INTEL, app Emby for Windows.
