Connecting from what device? are you locally trying to connect or remotely? some more info would help us help you.

Using the the android app for tv. Have had the account for about a year. Have force closed and re started the app and same message

The server i was told to use when I started my subscription

Them you need to speak with them.

Its against TOS to use Emby's software to sell streaming services.

And Emby does not host that server or the media on that server.

Right you need to contact the owner of the server. Maybe they shut it down, changed IP address, revoked your access, etc

Well now that you are here why not take the time to read and see how you can set your own server up and do it yourself, depending on yourself is a great thing
