Landoman 23 Posted 37 minutes ago Posted 37 minutes ago (edited) Emby Version 4.9.5.0 When recording a radio program it is using the original AIR DATE and not the episode date for the recording. This means its been overwriting all shows. Original air date: 14 May 2018 2018-05-14 - 1.ts <?xml version="1.0" encoding="utf-8" standalone="yes"?> <episodedetails> <aired>2018-05-14</aired> <dateadded>2026-09-07 13:00:05</dateadded> <year>2018</year> <plot></plot> <genre>Talk</genre> <genre>Game Show</genre> </episodedetails> Edited 13 minutes ago by Landoman
ebr 16676 Posted 29 minutes ago Posted 29 minutes ago Hi. Without any other information such as an episode number, the original air date would identify the episode. Therefore, the same date would be the same episode...
Landoman 23 Posted 14 minutes ago Author Posted 14 minutes ago (edited) Shouldn't emby default to using the air date if no episode date? I see that emby has, for some reason, set the air date to the start series date. Every single episode has the same air date. Edited 12 minutes ago by Landoman
Landoman 23 Posted 9 minutes ago Author Posted 9 minutes ago I have now checked other series. <?xml version="1.0" encoding="utf-8" standalone="yes"?> <episodedetails> <title>The Pursuit</title> <aired>1981-01-01</aired> <episode>5</episode> <season>9</season> <dateadded>2026-09-08 14:56:23</dateadded> <year>1981</year> <mpaa>TV-G</mpaa> <plot>Jim-Bob, home on furlough, meets an old girlfriend (Jennifer Jason Leigh) claiming to be carrying his baby; Ben defies his captors.</plot> <genre>Drama</genre> <genre>Romance</genre> </episodedetails> Is there a reason there is no episode/other data for a radio program?
