bobbyjoe 0 Posted September 3 Posted September 3 Is anyone else frustrated with this UX issue? I am in a library and i want to delete a movie, i click the movie, then 3 clicks to get to the more menu, one click to enter the more menu, 5 clicks to get down to Delete, one click to get delete menu, down click to select delete, then click on delete, then click back to get to library. 14 clicks to delete a movie, this make emy unusable for any sort of library tidy or management. God forbid you want to delete a handful of videos, you'll drain the remote battery. Did no one even test using the app?

bobbyjoe 0 Posted September 3 Author Posted September 3 10 clicks and if i have just watched something so am on the video screen, still 14. Can you add a delete button to the menu perhaps between Favourite and More.
SamES 1136 Posted September 3 Posted September 3 Like this I'll have to check. Originally we were limited as to how many buttons we can fit on this row, but I think I've changed things since then so it might fit now.
RanmaCanada 590 Posted 20 hours ago Posted 20 hours ago Most sane people delete content from their physical server console, not on their app. This is a great way to lose content.
bobbyjoe 0 Posted 49 minutes ago Author Posted 49 minutes ago Most sane people....who are you the prime minister of media management? ...so I'm insane if I go on holiday and take hundreds of short videos, load them up in Emby and want to go peruse them on my big TV and delete some. With original source backups on SD-Card. Or if want to tidy up some episodes of a show without going to a 'physical server console'. Not everyone is you...if you have nothing of value to contribute - jog on.
