Movies in collections that I made are missing movies

I have around 11 different collections that I made and a few collections had 50 - 100 movies or TV shows and now all of them have most of the movies missing. Most of the movies I had searched for and added to collections and some I have found in the latest Remux 4k movies, latest movies, etc.

Why would a back up fail? I just received this message?

I have spent many hours building my library. Is there any way to recover them?

I am not really sure exactly when it happened. I believe It was sometime in the last week.

Has anyone else seen this happen? One day you have a collection the you made have most of the movies removed or deleted?
