I am trying to add M3U tuners to my live tv section but the option to add guide data does not appear.

Troubleshooting steps tried:
Uninstalled and reinstalled M3UTuner, Emby Guide Data, and XMLTV plugins, no effect.
Verified that my Premiere is active and in good standing

Any suggestions?
