Server Locking up sometime overnight

I am running into an issue that i have no idea what is going on.  The server will lock up overnight and when a client tries to connect it will just have a spinning circle.  Once I restart the server it works all day until it locks up again. Any help will be greatly appreciated. Trying to attach the logs and one is more than it will let me upload please advise on what to do so you can get the log from the previos day.
