Es werden keine Bilder und Beschreibungen mehr für Sammlungen geladen (Beta 4.10.0.24 )

Habe einen neuen Emby Server aufgesetzt und bemerkt, dass nach dem einlesen keine bilder und auch keine Infos mehr bei Sammlungen geladen wurden.

In der normalen Film Bibliothek wurde alles geladen.

Bei einer bereits bestehenden Sammlung, fällt das erst mal nicht auf, da hier ja schon alles geladen war.

Das würde erst bei einer neu hinzugefügten Filmreihe bemerkt werden.

Ich dachte eigentlich, dass ich das mit meinen Bildern und meiner Beschreibung dazu ziemlich genau erklärt habe

Es ist völlig egal ob ich einzelne Sammlungen oder alle die Metadaten aktualisiere oder bei allen, das Ergebnis bleibt dasselbe, die Sammlungen bleiben ohne Bilder.

Ich habe auch die Film Bibliothek komplett entfernt und neu angelegt, auch hier werden zwar in der Biblothek alle Bilder und Beschreibungen gefunden, diese werden aber nicht für die Sammlungen genutzt, die bleiben leer wie in meinem Bild in Post 1.

Auch ein kompletter neuer Suchlauf der Bibliothek mit dem erneuern der Bilder und Metadaten, bringt hier nichts.

Ich habe das ganze nur auf einem neuen Server getestet, weil in meinem anderen Forum, wo ich noch aktiv bin, dort ein User genau dasselbe Problem gepostet hatte.

Ich konnte das dann nachstellen um es dann hier zu melden...

 

Wie gesagt, auf meinem Hauptserver der Synology sind diese Bilder bei den Sammlungen alle vorhanden, dieser läuft aber schon ein paar Jahre.

Ich gehe aber davon aus, das wenn ich neue Filmreihen hinzufügen würde, diese auch keine Bilder mehr bekommen würden, was ich aber erst testen kann, wenn ich eine hinzufüge.

Ich versuche das aber auch noch nachzustellen.

It doesn’t matter at all whether I update the metadata for individual collections or for all of them—the result is the same: the collections remain without images.

I also completely removed the movie library and recreated it; here, too, all the images and descriptions are found in the library, but they aren’t used for the collections—they remain empty, just like in my screenshot in Post 1.

Even a complete re-scan of the library, with the images and metadata refreshed, doesn’t help here.

I only tested this on a new server because a user on my other forum, where I’m still active, had posted about the exact same problem.

I was then able to reproduce it so I could report it here...

 

As I said, on my main Synology server, these images are all present in the collections, but that server has been running for a few years now.

I assume, however, that if I were to add new movie series, they wouldn’t get any images either—though I can’t test that until I actually add one.

I’ll try to reproduce that as well.

Is TMDB meta-downloader enabled in your Collections library (Settings>Library tab in the sidebar>edit Collections library)? If it is, try unticking/ticking it back again and then refresh one collection, see how does that compare.

Habe ich natürlich auch schon alles getestet, ohne Erfolg

 

Ich teste das aber wie gesagt später nochmal mit einer neuen Filmreihe auf meinem Hauptserver, der Synolgy.

Sollte es hier richtig zugeordnet werden und die Bilder geladen werden, wissen wir das es nicht an Emby liegt, sondern wohl an dem Gerät wo der Server darauf läuft.

Ich gebe hier natürlich Bescheid...

But as I said, I'll test it again later with a new movie series on my main server, the Synology.

If the files are assigned correctly here and the images load, we'll know it's not Emby's fault, but rather the device running the server.

I'll let you know here, of course...

Ich habe jetzt die "The Equalizer Filmreihe" und die "Extraction Filmreihe" meinem Hauptserver hinzugefügt.

Auch hier werden plötzlich keine Bilder mehr den Filmreihen hinzugefügt (Siehe Bilder).

An diesem Server wurde seit Monaten keine Änderungen an den Bibliotheken vorgenommen, es hatte ja vorher schon funktioniert.

Somit tritt das Problem auch auf meinem Haupserver mit derselben Emby Beta Version auf und ist wohl ein Bug in der Beta.

Das könnte auch schon länger nicht mehr funktioniert haben.
Es fällt ja erst dann auf, wenn wieder mehrere Filme die zu einer Reihe gehören hinzugefügt werden.

Die Sammlungen scheinen nicht auf die ID der Filme zuzugreifen.

No changes have been made to the libraries on this server for months, and it had been working fine before.

This means the problem is also occurring on my main server, which is running the same Emby beta version, so it’s likely a bug in the beta.

It might not have been working for quite some time.
You don't really notice it until several movies from the same series are added again.

The collections do not appear to access the movies' IDs.

Ihr wisst schon das man bei einer Synology ohne root nicht an die Log Datei kommt?

Musste erst mal wieder schauen wie das mit dem Rootzugriff und der Verbindung per WinSCP funktioniert, hat deshalb etwas gedauert 

 

Die drei Logs waren die einzigen von heute, da müsste eigentlich ersichtlich sein, was hier nicht funktioniert.

Hoffe das hilft euch und ihr könnt da was erkennen.

I had to look up how root access and connecting via WinSCP worked again, so it took a while. 

 

The three logs were the only ones from today, so it should be clear what's not working here.

OK, what example are we focusing on from this log file?

ich habe heute Mittag gegen ca um 15 Uhr die beiden oben genannten Filmreihen auf den Emby Server geladen.

Diese wurden auch in der Filmliste ordentlich erkannt und mit allen Infos angelegt.

Es wurde auch eine Sammlung dafür angelegt, allerdings ohne Bilder, wie oben in meinen Screenshots erkennbar ist.

Dieser Vorgang müsste ja im log aufgezeichnet worden sein.

Ich bin kein Profi was das Auslesen der logs betrifft, habe aber gehofft, dass ihr da mehr seht wie ich.
