Just use Emby as usual. This bug is quite common. In the most common case, the dashboard will stretch to fill the screen (normally, it must show a left bar for the 1/4 of the screen)but its won’t show and when click show left bar will blank the pic above .

I am seeing this as well in both the TestFlight iOS and web apps.  Prior to server version 4.10.0.40, I had only ever had the issue on the TestFlight version of the iOS app.

I don't see any specific pattern to cause the issue, it just seems to happen about 75% of the time I go to the dashboard.

For me it's happening during or right after a real-time or manual scan of a library.  It seems to also happen occasionally at random, but that could just be a real time scan I did not see happen. This behavior so far has been repeatable in both the TestFlight iOS app and Web app.

OK, can you try to find the steps to reproduce, starting from the moment the app is launched?

In the TestFlight iPad app on iPadOS 27, I have been able to regularly reproduce the issue by:

Opening Emby -> Open another app sending Emby into a background process ->  Wait a couple of minutes and reopen Emby -> Click the Cog -> Dashboard missing sidebar.

 

In the web app using safari on macOS 27 by:

Opening Emby -> Right click a library and scan or wait for a real-time scan -> Click cog after scan finishes -> Dashboard missing sidebar.

Opening Emby -> Move to another tab in the same browser window -> Wait a few minutes and go back to the Emby tab -> Click cog -> Dashboard missing sidebar.
