Emby initial screen has no info only logo.

After years of successful use of Emby, suddenly Emby initial screen has no info. Screen is black with Emby logo in center (http://localhost:8096/web/index.html). No menu. Nothing. Emby icon in system tray offers 'Browse Emby Library", etc. Selecting "Browse Emby.." bring up a duplicate of the previous screen. "Configure Emby" does the same thing.

I'm using latest available Emby install; latest Windows 11 update. Processor: AMD Ryzen 5 3550H with Radeon Vega Mobile Gfx (2.10 GHz) RAM: 16GB.

Oddly, everything I expect to see is available elsewhere on the network and even offsite on my laptop and a smart TV using Emby app. So the server is obviously running but not showing me anything on the actual PC running the server.

What an I missing?

Hi.  Try clearing browsing data on the machine where this problem is occurring.
