Vortex Tv with VIDAA system

I’m using a Vortex TV with VIDAA operating system, i cant find any Emby app. suitable for my Tv either on their app. store or on Emby website, and using the internet browser doesn’t allow me to scroll horizontally on my Tv, also using the Tv Mode from Emby online app. has similar issues and it hides the side menu .

Hi, did you try switching to the vertical home screen?

I don’t know where’s that option exactly but I’ve tried everything possible in the settings and I couldn’t find anything says “vertical”, the closest was the “Tv mode” which isn’t helpful as previously mentioned.

I’m sorry but still I can’t find it, here’s what I see ..

Ok yes now I found it, it’s available only when I use “TV mode”, but still the horizontal problem persists, it’s not in everything but mainly still the same old locations .

What do you mean by same old locations?

Same places shown in the pictures were it’s horizontal not vertical, and still other few places .

Ok. Updating you, problem is mostly solved, the server owner enabled something that allowed me to control the scroll direction for each section în the homepage.

 

except for the favourites section, it’s all good .
