I am having a problem with a video

I am not sure what is going on I play a video it will stop at 8 seconds and then it will start playing again at 20 minutes into the episode and now it played to 8 seconds and it just stopped and not doing anything else

I tried out on my Onn Pro tv box & it kept pausing at 8 seconds and not doing anything else
