JGelps 2 Posted Thursday at 01:22 AM Posted Thursday at 01:22 AM Since version 2.317.2.0, on a fresh boot of the PC I get a new loading bar after the intro screen but it never actually loads. I've given it 5-10 minutes just to see. This is happening on 2 PCs, one with Windows 11 and one with Windows 10. If I close the window and reopen it will work. I've attached 3 logs. 2 are from PC #1 where it failed to ever load(EmbyClient-PC1-NeverLoaded.txt), I closed and reopened, and then it crashed at the loading screen(EmbyClient-PC1-CrashOn2ndTry.txt). Third time trying worked. At least I think those are the right logs. Can't figure out how to change the time zone. Other log(EmbyClient-PC2-NeverLoaded.txt) is from PC #2 where it never loaded but worked the 2nd try. I've also noticed general sluggishness. Having to click things multiple times. Should I try a fresh install? How do I go about saving my settings and show progress? Thanks! EmbyClient-PC2-NeverLoaded.txt EmbyClient-PC1-CrashOn2ndTry.txt EmbyClient-PC1-NeverLoaded.txt 1
maring7 9 Posted 11 hours ago Posted 11 hours ago I have the exact same issues. After waiting for a long while on the loading bar screen, the interface shows up though. Same sluggishness as well. The issues are not present in the beta.
heffeque 92 Posted 3 hours ago Posted 3 hours ago I have that issue on both stable and also on beta (2.319.0) I have to close it and reopen it for it to work.

Is this the beta for server or the Windows App? I can't figure out how to get the beta for the Windows App. None of the beta links to the Window store work. And I can't find the 'beta portal' to join.
