And all was going so well

Installed emby and all was working well set up on synology and then used my Lan for three TV,s and all worked great . Then put i on an iphone and then an android and it was fantatsic . Then the android and iphone just stopped working three days later, can get to the emby connect page.

 

All works across Lan but not remotely on 4g or 5g

No setting changed, tried removing and then installing again checking all the previous settings and nothing has changed, has anyone else had this problem

You need to setup port forwarding on your router. 

There's an option within the network settings on the server or various guides on the emby website.

Port forwarding is set up and it was working well, still port forwarding but these are the messages i get, thats what does not make sense

Well did you connect to the server via you remote IP?

No port forwarding has always been set up thats why i dont understand why remote access is not working but was as no settings have changed

Well from you screen shot, it indicates that you are trying to connect to you internal ip.

but thats the only option  have how do i add a different ip? this is wht hapens when i go through emby connect on the phone

Sorry all found the problem , my synology updated and removed port forwarding from the firewall inside synology and i was checking the router all the time. All seem to be working now
