4.10.0.18 Beta - Newly Imported Videos import with Unknown Video

I was on the Beta branch due to Hardware Transcoding not working on my Intel 265k. This is on the Docker image running on Unraid.

All of a sudden, I noticed some videos would not play on my Android TV app and noticed it was only newly imported videos and in the Video info for it says <Unknown>. When using External Player it works and interestingly it works perfectly fine on my Android Phone w/o an External Player. After moving back to Stable branch, it still shows <Unknown> but, after attempting to play the file it seems to struggle for a bit and then it worked. After that, it showed the proper Video Info. I then moved back to Beta Branch just to see if that video now works when the Video Info is detected and it continues to work. So it looks like an issue during the importing of the video in the Beta branch.

I tested h/w transcoding after moving back to Stable and it looks to be working on the 265k now so will be staying on the stable branch moving forward. Just wanted to report this as I have not seen any report this yet and wanted to make you are aware so that it can be fixed before the next stable release.

Similar issue reported in the past here which looked to only have affected Linux.
