Purpose and Function

• Copies Emby library primary image e.g. posters.jpg to folders as folder.jpg to beautify Windows Explorer.

Getting Started

• Test on one test path first. Paths require "opt in".
• Review info and debug logging.
• Enable paths in the configuration.
• Configure a trigger for the scheduled task once comfortable.
  

Disclaimers

• Vibe coded with Claude. Backup database prior to testing. Use dummy libraries/paths during testing, only limited short term testing on beta server so far. This plugin has file system copy commands.

• i noticed a library i had renamed became 'stuck' in the config
• Now keys enabled libraries by id (rather than name) in the config.xml
• MIgration pathway to new ID based config
• 2026-08-05 04:41:55.736 Info Poster To Folder: Poster To Folder: migrated 25 legacy library entries to LibraryId (24 matched by name to a current library, 1 orphaned - no current library named the same, left untouched)

• Windows does not support anything other than .jpg/.jpeg so converted source to .jpg when copied to destination. Uses skia, change to net8.0 may only work on Windows.
