Opening my emby server login page on fresh Windows 11 install in firefox immediately crashes firefox

This is a new build, so I thought I'd log into Emby for the hell of it. The login page loads (all the js files) and then immediately disappears. I thought it was very odd. I had to do a screen recording to see if I could see an error. Nothing. The tab just closes. Yes I cleared cache, even though it's a fresh computer.

I did a google and it said: Your Firefox crash is likely caused by a conflict with your computer's gaming controller, steering wheel, or joystick. Firefox's Gamepad API occasionally crashes when scanning for active USB controllers. The Emby login page actively polls for these devices.

Why is emby polling for controllers? I confirmed by unplugging it and now the login page loads.

Is there some kind of controller support I can disable? This is a horrible user experience. I can't just email everyone and be like "don't use a controller and firefox in windows".

The developers like to have logs so that they can try to see what's happening:

As per the original post, I can't capture logs as when it happens it causes firefox to crash. There will be no Emby server logs, as it is a client-side JS error. In order to replicate simply run windows 11, firefox, and plug a nintendo switch pro controller in via USB.
