Searching for subtitles Premiere feature?

Hello,

I am testing Emby server next to Plex. 
I have noticed that when I want to search for a subtitle it is showing a dialog that it is a Premiere feature.
Is this correct ?

I am running it on a raspberry pi 5 in docker. I am running version 4.9.5.0
I also setup Opensubtitles.com account.

From the UI - no. 

During playback/from OSD - yes.
