Issue with playing music with app when connected through Tailscale

I've just recently started getting this problem where I'm unable to play music through the iOS app when I'm connected remotely through Tailscale. I've previously been able to play music (mainly MP3) through the app. I can still play music when I'm connected through WiFi. I can also still play all video without issue. 
Im on iOS 26.5.2. 
 

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I do have local network access granted. The issue is only when accessing through Tailscale. When I'm connected to WiFi at home, music plays with no issues. When I'm connected through Tailscale but access Emby through the Safari browser the music plays fine. It's just when accessing through the iOS app the music will not play and just rapidly moves through the playlist.

I have this EXACT same issue. Everything streams fine on the lan, streams fine externally using router NAT port assignments. However, with Tailscale the movies stream fine, BUT the music / audio files streams with no sound. Really weird.
