Find plugin folder

Thx is there a easy way to find the plugins folder. my server runs on a Nas server

Settings > Dashboard > ... > View Server Info

the 'plugins' directory should be under the 'Program Data' directory.

The problem is I can't find the directory on my server. I can't find it in the file station or anywhere else.

For security reasons NAS's don't make it easy to get into system folder/files.

I'm assuming 'file station' = Synology so fallow this from the source:

now i wait till the 4.10 version is out of the beta now im using 4.9.5.0 and the plugin i want need the new version
